Welcome to Great Northern Seed Garlic a division of  Swede Lake Farms and Global Garlic where we grow many varieties of Hardneck Garlic using sustainable and organic practices.  We are located in Minnesota and grow rare and endangered garlic varieties that we have acquired from around the globe .
